- What's the difference between XREAL One and XREAL One Pro?
Both XREAL One and XREAL One Pro are advanced, AR devices with a built-in chipset that has revolutionized spatial displays. Compared to the XREAL One, the XREAL One Pro has a larger FOV (field of view), with a marginally brighter virtual screen, both of which enhance the visual experience. XREAL One Pro features an new and improved display system that significantly reduces outside light interference during use and reduces the image reflection sometimes seen on the front of the glasses, protecting user privacy. Additionally, XREAL One Pro features thinner and more lightweight front frame, giving it an inconpicuous appearance. XREAL One Pro offers multiple interpupillary distance (IPD) options to accommodate users with different IPD needs. - What do the buttons do on XREAL One and XREAL One Pro?
Both XREAL One and XREAL One Pro feature a total of four buttons: 1. X Button: Located on the under side of the right temple. Single press: Changes display mode (Air Casting Mode, Body Anchor Mode, Smooth Follow Mode). Double press: Activates and brings up the screen menu. Long press: Calibrates the screen. 2. ""+"" Button: Located on the under side of the right temple. Single press: Increases brightness. Long press: Raises the electrochromic level. 3. ""-"" Button: Located on the under side of the right temple. Single press: Decreases brightness. Long press: Lowers the electrochromic level. 4. Shortcut Key: Located on the top side of the right temple. When not connected to the XREAL Eye: Single press: Switches to transparent mode (maximum transparency for electrochromic), customizable settings available. Long press: Customizable settings. When connected to the XREAL Eye: Single press: Take a photo/Stop video recording. Long press: Start/Stop video recording. Please note that the XREAL Eye is an accessory and needs to be purchased separately. - Can I use the app with the paired device's screen off?
Apple iPhone/iPad: For apps that support AirPlay with a wired connection, turning your device's screen off while watching is possible. Whether this feature works depends on app compatibility. It’s recommended to confirm with the app developer. Apps that do not support this feature require the screen to remain on for watching.Samsung Phones: When DeX Mode is enabled and connected to XREAL glasses, the phone and glasses will operate in a dual-screen mode. In this state, even if the phone screen is turned off, the AR glasses will continue to display content normally. Huawei Phones: During screen casting, Huawei phones automatically turn off the phone screen after the sleep timer activates, but this will not affect the glasses’ display. Other Android Tablets: Most Android tablets (except those from Samsung, Huawei, and LG) will not allow users to turn their paired device's screen off. For tablets that support Samsung DeX, Huawei Desktop Mode, or LG screen extension modes, you will be able to turn the screen off using the respective methods shared above.Windows Laptops: Press WIN+P keys on your keyboard to open the projection options in the bottom-right corner. Selecting Second Screen Only will allow you to turn the screen off on your laptop while using your XREAL AR glasses. Apple MacBook: Go to System Preferences → Displays and set the XREAL AR glasses as an extended display. Make the external display the primary screen, this will allow you to close your Macbook while using your XREAL glasses. Alternatively, you can set your MacBook’s display brightness to the lowest setting. - What is the IPD range of the glasses?
Average IPD: 64.5mm Optimal IPD Range: 59.5–70.5mm The glasses' IPD range accommodates 95% of users, ensuring a comfortable fit for most people. - How do I adjust the interpupillary distance (IPD)?
Double-tap the X button to open the menu, then select Display → IPD Adjustment and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the adjustment. - Can my XREAL Air or Air 2 prescription lenses work with XREAL One series?
No. XREAL One and XREAL One Pro prescription lens have a different design that is incompatible with previous XREAL glasses. Yes - Can I take pictures or record videos with XREAL One series?
XREAL One and XREAL One Pro can be paired with the XREAL Eye for photography and video recording. XREAL Eye accessory sold separately. - Why won't my screen turn on?
First check if the device connected to XREAL One or XREAL One Pro supports video output. XREAL One and XREAL One Pro are equipped with a sensor located on the temple, which detects whether the user is wearing the glasses. When the glasses are worn correctly, the sensor will turn on the display. If the glasses are removed or not worn properly, the display will turn off. To ensure a smooth connection, use the cables provided with XREAL One. If the screen still doesn't turn on, try unplugging and reconnecting the cables, and if issues persist, reach our to our dedicated Support team. - How can I update the firmware?
With XREAL Beam Pro: Please make sure your ""My Glassess"" app in Beam Pro is updated to 1.5.0 version or higher. When using XREAL One or XREAL One Pro while connected to XREAL Beam Pro, if there is network access, it will automatically update to the latest version. Without XREAL Beam Pro: You need to use a Windows or Mac computer to access the update page at xreal.com/ota. You can switch languages in the top-right corner. Click ""Connect,"" authorize, and then click "Upgrade"" to start the update. It is expected to take about 5 minutes. - What is the brightness adjustment range?
XREAL One: Perceived brightness 600 nits.
XREAL One Pro: Perceived brightness 700 nits. - Does it support 4K video playback?
The ability to play 4K videos depends on the paired device. If the device supports 4K output, you can enjoy smooth playback without interruptions or stuttering. - How can I watch 3D videos?
For Compatible Android Phones with Casting Support: 1. Connect the AR glasses directly to your Android phone. 2. Download and install the VLC player on your phone. 3. Download 3D content directly on your phone. The VLC player will automatically detect video files. 4. Open the VLC player, locate the video, and start playback. 5. Double-tap the X button to open the menu, select Display → 3D Mode, and switch to 3D viewing mode. For XREAL Beam: 1. The latest version of Beam includes a built-in VLC player. 2. Download the 3D video file onto Beam. 3. After connecting the AR glasses to Beam, locate the video file in File Manager and open it using VLC. 4. Double-tap the X button to open the menu, select Display → 3D Mode, and switch to 3D viewing mode. For XREAL Beam Pro: Use the Media Player in AR Space to view 3D videos. For Windows/Mac Computers: 1. Ensure the 3D video is in a full-width format. 2. Set the AR glasses to Extended Screen Mode for proper 3D playback. - What certifications does the XREAL One Series have?

Display Certifications: XREAL One Series has received the highest-level certifications from TÜV Rheinland, including certifications for Low Blue Light, Flicker-Free, Color Accuracy, High Definition, and Eye Comfort (5 Stars), ensuring protection for your eyes. Health Considerations: If you are feeling unwell, fatigued, under the influence of alcohol or other medications, or experiencing discomfort, please avoid using this product, as it may worsen your condition and increase usage risks. If you have serious health issues (such as heart disease, conditions affecting physical activity safety, mental health issues like anxiety or PTSD), or if you are pregnant or elderly, please consult your doctor before using this product. Not for Children: This product is not a toy and is not intended for children under 16 years old. It should not be shared with anyone under the age of 16. Handling the Glasses: The inner surface of the XREAL ONE Series lenses has a liquid crystal layer, so avoid applying external pressure and prevent sharp objects from coming into contact with the lenses during handling and use. Avoid Direct Connection to Power Sources: Do not connect the glasses directly to a power source or portable charger. Avoid Direct Sunglight: Do not expose the optical components of the glasses to direct sunlight. Do Not Use in Wet Conditions: Do not use the glasses in rain or humid environments. If the glasses become wet, stop using them immediately and contact XREAL customer support for assistance. Keep Liquids Away from the Glasses: Avoid contact with liquids on the glasses or their connectors. If liquid comes in contact, quickly wipe it off. Take Regular Breaks: Just like using a computer or mobile phone, it is recommended to take breaks after prolonged use of the glasses. If you experience any discomfort, extend your rest time or increase the frequency of breaks.
