- What's the difference between the XREAL Beam Pro 5G version and the XREAL Beam Pro WiFi version?
The primary difference is the 5G capabilities.
XREAL Beam Pro 5G version supports SIM cards, allowing access to 5G cellular networks anywhere, anytime with a 8GB + 256GB configuration.
XREAL Beam Pro 5G version also supports SMS/text messaging services. However, the XREAL Beam Pro 5G version is unable to make or take phone calls.
XREAL Beam Pro WiFI version requires a WiFi connection to access internet browsing and applications.
It is available in two configurations: 6GB+128GB and 8GB + 256GB. - What is XREAL Beam Pro?

The difference between the 5G version and the Wi-Fi version is as follows:
The 5G version supports a SIM card, allowing you to access the cellular network wherever you are. It also supports SMS but does not allow for phone calls. The available configuration for the 5G version is 8GB + 256GB storage.
On the other hand, the Wi-Fi version requires a Wi-Fi connection to access the internet. It offers two configurations: 6GB+128GB storage and 8GB + 256GB storage.The USB-C port on the right is a standard DP Alt port for video output. This means you can use the XREAL Beam Pro with non-XREAL glasses or other monitors for screen mirroring. However, if you want to experience AR Space on the XREAL Beam Pro, you need to use the XREAL glasses. - Can I turn off the XREAL Beam Pro while using apps in AR Space?Will the glasses still play video/play games?
Yes, we have implemented system-level optimizations on XREAL Beam Pro, allowing apps to run in AR Space while the screen is locked. In this state, the screen will remain black and locked to prevent accidental touches. Before you turn off the screen of XREAL Beam Pro, please activate the anti-mistouch function so that accidental touches won't wake XREAL Beam Pro. - Memory size & support for TF card expansion
XREAL Beam Pro is available in two versions: 128GB and 256GB, both supporting the use of Micro SD cards with a maximum capacity of 1TB. - How to install apps for XREAL Beam Pro
Once XREAL Beam Pro is successfully connected to WiFi, you can search for and download the software you need from the Google Play Store, easily expanding your device's capabilities and enhancing both work and entertainment experiences. If the app isn't available on the Google Play Store, you can also download the APK installation file, store it on XREAL Beam Pro, and install it manually. - How to adjust the screen position when the screen not in your expected position
