  • What's the difference between the XREAL Beam Pro 5G version and the XREAL Beam Pro WiFi version?
    The primary difference is the 5G capabilities.
    XREAL Beam Pro 5G version supports SIM cards, allowing access to 5G cellular networks anywhere, anytime with a 8GB + 256GB configuration.
    XREAL Beam Pro 5G version also supports SMS/text messaging services. However, the XREAL Beam Pro 5G version is unable to make or take phone calls.
    XREAL Beam Pro WiFI version requires a WiFi connection to access internet browsing and applications.
    It is available in two configurations: 6GB+128GB and 8GB + 256GB.

    XREAL Beam Pro features a 3D spatial camera, revolutionizing the way everyday life is recorded. With this capability, you can capture every precious moment in three-dimensional depth and vividly replay them through the glasses. Each memory feels immersive and tangible, making past moments more vivid, real, and alive.
  • What is Nebula OS?
    Nebula OS is XREAL's proprietary spatial computing system, centered around the user, further elevating the AR spatial experience from 2D to 3D, pushing the boundaries to new heights, and providing users with more convenient and delightful AR experiences.
  • The difference between Nebula OS and NebulaWhat compatible AR glasses are available?
    Nebula is an app software designed to run on compatible Android phones, featuring only two main functions: Airscreen and AR Space. Nebula OS, developed by XREAL for Android 14, includes multiple software such as camera, settings, clock, file manager, and calendar. It also serves as the user interface visible within the glasses.
  • Can XREAL Beam Pro be used with other glasses?
    The XREAL Beam Pro is perfectly compatible with four XREAL AR glasses: XREAL Air, Air 2, Air 2 Pro, and Air 2 Ultra.
  • What's the difference between the 5G version and the Wi-Fi version?
    The difference between the 5G version and the Wi-Fi version is as follows:
    The 5G version supports a SIM card, allowing you to access the cellular network wherever you are. It also supports SMS but does not allow for phone calls. The available configuration for the 5G version is 8GB + 256GB storage.
    On the other hand, the Wi-Fi version requires a Wi-Fi connection to access the internet. It offers two configurations: 6GB+128GB storage and 8GB + 256GB storage.The USB-C port on the right is a standard DP Alt port for video output. This means you can use the XREAL Beam Pro with non-XREAL glasses or other monitors for screen mirroring. However, if you want to experience AR Space on the XREAL Beam Pro, you need to use the XREAL glasses.
  • Can I turn off the XREAL Beam Pro while using apps in AR Space？Will the glasses still play video/play games?
    Yes, we have implemented system-level optimizations on XREAL Beam Pro, allowing apps to run in AR Space while the screen is locked. In this state, the screen will remain black and locked to prevent accidental touches. Before you turn off the screen of XREAL Beam Pro, please activate the anti-mistouch function so that accidental touches won't wake XREAL Beam Pro.
  • Memory size & support for TF card expansion
    XREAL Beam Pro is available in two versions: 128GB and 256GB, both supporting the use of Micro SD cards with a maximum capacity of 1TB.
  • How to install apps for XREAL Beam Pro
    Once XREAL Beam Pro is successfully connected to WiFi, you can search for and download the software you need from the Google Play Store, easily expanding your device's capabilities and enhancing both work and entertainment experiences. If the app isn't available on the Google Play Store, you can also download the APK installation file, store it on XREAL Beam Pro, and install it manually.
  • How to adjust the screen position when the screen not in your expected position
    Short press the red button on the right side of the XREAL Beam Pro to reset the screen.
  • Does it support connecting to Bluetooth devices?
    XREAL Beam Pro supports connecting to Bluetooth keyboards, Bluetooth mice, Bluetooth headphones, and Bluetooth controllers for use.
  • What local video/audio formats are supported?
    Audio Formats
