- What's the difference between Air 2 and Air 2 Pro?
The Air 2 Pro features Electrochromic Dimming and allows you to adjust the level of immersion with a single-click, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. - What's resolution for Air 2 and Air 2 Pro?
The resolution for both XREAL Air 2 and Air 2 Pro is 1920x1080, which is the same as XREAL Air. - How to use Immersion Control on Air 2 Pro?
Single-click the Mode Button on the right arm to switch between 0%, 35%, and 100% dimming effects. - Does my Air prescription lenses work with Air 2?
Yes. You can also use the new prescription lenses designed for Air 2, which allows you to wear the glasses more comfortably. - Does the XREAL Air USB-C cable work with Air 2?Yes!

On the right arm of Air 2, you'll find three buttons:
1. Mode Button: Single or double click to turn the screens on/off.
2. "+" Button:
Single click to adjust brightness or volume (defaults to brightness adjust mode).
Long press for 2 seconds to switch between 2D/3D display modes.
Long press for 4 seconds to switch audio channels when using a 3rd-party HDMI-C adapter.
3. "-" Button:
Single click to adjust brightness or volume (defaults to brightness adjust mode).

Immersion Control consumes very little power only when switching dimming levels, which won't affect your playtime. - Precautions for using the Air 2 Pro.
There is a layer of liquid crystal on the surface of the glasses' lenses, so please handle your Air 2 Pro with care and avoid excessive pressure. - What can I use XREAL Air 2 with?
XREAL Air 2 can connect with pretty much everything, whether it is your phone, personal computer or gaming console. Compatibility requirement varies depending on what type of experience you are interested in. You can find compatibility information at the end of each of the Experience page. Please remember to use only XREAL's official cables for wired connection. - Can I use XREAL Air 2 if I am wearing prescription lenses?
Absolutely!
1. You can purchase them from our partners, Lensology and Rochester Optical. Please check which partner best suits your needs.
2. XREAL provides an insert in the package that allows you to get custom prescription lenses made at a local optical store. - Will AR glasses hurt my eyes?
XREAL Air 2 and Air 2 Pro have Low Blue Light, Flicker-Free, Color Accuracy and Eye Comfort certifications awarded by TÜV Rheinland Group. The Eye Comfort (AR) standard consists of visual perception, visual health, ergonomic design, user experience, and health guidelines. AR products that comply with this standard and are granted this designation meet strict ergonomic and user-experience design requirements, including a high-quality display, improvements to eye health, and a comfortable user experience. - Will XREAL Air 2 work with big head size?
Yes! XREAL Air 2 glasses are designed to fit a variety of head sizes, ranging from 120 mm to 186 mm head width. The temple arms can be adjusted up to 40 degrees inward and outward for a comfortable fit. - How long is the warranty?
The warranty period for XREAL Air 2 is one year, starting from the day the package is received.
If any time period specified above is shorter than any mandatory time period prescribed by applicable laws of your country or region, the time period prescribed by law applies. - How do I remove the nose pad?
You can use a separator or pull it out by hand. Watch this video for instructions. - Can I use Bluetooth earbuds with XREAL Air 2?
Yes, XREAL Air 2 functions as an external display for phones, consoles, or PCs. You can use Bluetooth earbuds as long as your device supports Bluetooth. For certain devices like iPhones, you might need to choose the earbuds as the output speaker. - Tips for first-time use.
1. Adjust the viewing angle of the glasses by using different nose pad sizes to ensure a comfortable fit.
2. Adjust the angle of the temple arms for a better fit on your face.
3. If you need prescription lenses, you can order from XREAL's official partners Lensology and Rochester Optical. You can also have custom prescription lenses made at your local optical store. - Can I use XREAL Air 2 with other USB-C cables?
Please use only XREAL's official cables with XREAL Air 2. - The screen wouldn't turn on.
Please ensure that the device connected to XREAL Air 2 supports video output.
XREAL Air 2 is equipped with a sensor located above the nose pad, which detects whether the user is wearing the glasses. When the glasses are worn correctly, the distance sensor recognizes this and turns on the display. If the glasses are removed or not worn properly, the displays will be turned off. - Can I take pictures or record videos with XREAL Air 2?
No, XREAL Air 2 is not equipped with a camera that captures real-world image. However, you can record the screen in AR Space mode using Nebula for Android. - Can I watch Netflix on XREAL Air 2?
Yes, Air Casting allows you to mirror the content displayed on your device screen, including Netflix and other popular streaming platforms, directly to XREAL Air 2. Wireless streaming support for Netflix will be available in the near future. - Are there any specific safety precautions or guidelines to follow while using XREAL Air 2?
Here are some safety precautions to keep in mind when using XREAL Air 2:
1. Do not directly connect the glasses to a power source or power bank.
2. Avoid direct exposure of the optical components to sunlight.
3. Do not use the glasses in rainy or wet conditions. If the glasses get wet, stop using them immediately and contact XREAL customer support for assistance.
4. Similar to using your PCs or phones, it's a good idea to take a few minutes' break after a long period of use, even if you don't think you need it. Each person is different, so consider taking more frequent and longer breaks if you experience any discomfort. - Where can I buy extra Nose Pad or Light Shield?
